Prudence Mocumi is an executive at Crystal Consulting. Prior to this role she held several senior management HR positions. She also spent over six years as an entrepreneur and Executive Director of EPOD Global, an HR consultancy. Under her leadership the company’s revenue grew year on year and she brought in many blue chip companies as clients. Prudence founded the Woman of Vision Community Foundation in 2001 which has now been rebranded as “Woman of Purpose” under the Purpose Inspired Foundation.

Jerry exited from Total South Africa (Pty) Limited in May 2016 where he held the position of General Manager TOTAL Marketing and Services Competency Centre (Pty) Limited (known as MSCC), Johannesburg, a company wholly-owned by TOTAL Africa Middle East, rendering consulting services on aviation, general trade, commercial and mining business solutions, supply, health, safety and environment (HSE) and procurement solutions to affiliate companies in TOTAL Africa Middle East through its professionals or experts.
Dr Gule founded Gule Executive Coaching (Pty) Limited in 2016 after successfully completing the International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified Coach Training programme at the University of Pretoria Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) Professional Business Coaching Programme in 2015. He is working towards his accreditation by the ICF.

Rebecca Munyuki has over 15 years working in the IT industry. She has held various leadership roles specialising in Business Process Outsourcing, Sales Transaction Support as well as Marketing for global company and working with teams across America, Europe, Middle East Africa and Turkey regions. She studied Information Technology Systems and various courses in leadership and management, Project management and Service Management.
