A study by Professor Post at Lehigh University concluded that companies are more profitable when there is more diversity by having female senior executives.

Professor Post at Lehigh University reviewed 140 studies comprised of more than 90,000 firms from 35 countries between 1989 and 2014.
The research centered around women on boards of Directors, including the profitability and performance of companies.
The study concluded that companies are more profitable when there is more diversity by having female senior executives.
Female Directors they found bring their different backgrounds and experiences, diversity of thought and knowledge, different management styles and perspectives to contribute and add value to their companies. Women they found tend to be more inclusive in their interactions and style of communications and these attributes are beneficial to corporate culture.
Women now form over 50% of the general population and comparatively the same in the workplace population.
We offer programmes for the development of women in management and leadership. Various policies in South African legislation has sought to address the under-representation of women in business and entrepreneurship ventures.
